funny thing, i literally started up a new game, accidentally hit 'go to sleep' right after i got done with the customization and got ending #3. i hadn't even interacted with him yet.
I don't know how does this game end. Is it seriously just asking the character to leave town with you? Also, how to unlock the achievement in verse? I'm curious about Will, like Will vs.Dijon.
I'm absolutely loving this game! I might be dumb tho, I am wondering how others are able to go back to the woods to see Will, I followed him into the woods and that interaction went well and he pointed me back to the creek, I met him down at the creek and the same interaction happens every day and I'm not sure if I'm missing something to go into the woods with him again?(I've also even got with other characters and it's still the same) :o

I bought the game but the opening warning keeps freezing and I get an error. I've tried redownloading and downloading an earlier version but neither is working.
god I very much enjoyed this game, even the mini games I found myself just sitting there and trying to beat my scores. (Love that strade and Ren cameo as well in the saloon.) I also adore how things just HAPPEN as well and you don’t really expect it. I found myself really attached to Florence- if anyone needs help with endings lmk, I’m only missing one and the last recipe cause I can’t find salt <3 looking forward to more of your work coming forward!
Some stuff for him you see through other routes/achievements, but you can also encounter him going through the woods! The easiest way is to have Will leave and then walk back and forth from the creek to the fishing spot.
He doesn't have a traditional route unfortunately. but just keep visiting the woods and you'll have a run-in with the guy. I feel you on the Bastard simpery though.

Im honestly very stuck. My MC has slept with nearly everyone and nothing happens. They are just happy to see me and then nothing. Jak seems upset but he's still just sitting around. If I chose a negative choice I just get a negative response and nothing. Is my game bugged? I've restarted a new playthrough like 5 times and can only get "happy" endings if I leave town.
There's a SFW option once you enter the game which takes away all the 18+ content and makes it a cute lil dating sim if that's what you're talking about.

I found out yesterday and I'm not sure if it matters if you've slept with anyone else but I was able to get it by making Dijon the first person I talked and slept with. After that, if you go to the forest and follow and then question Will, you should be able to get the scenes when you go to sleep. Hope that helps!

just like ghost said, i've also been getting the same error with 'jakjail'. it happens after getting the 1st achievement w/ jak. i've tried redownloading the game, but it's still there.
unfortunately, i still get the same error. i gotta ignore both jakjail and jakprison in order to continue playing (i re-downloaded the game and started an entirely new file...still no good)
it might be a result of persistent data or old saves maybe? if you go to users > your user > appdata > renpy > courtin cowboys you will see all your saves/persistent data log
might help to clear the old saves and if that still doesnt work, try the persistent data :[ (you can make a copy of this folder somewhere else in case it still occurs)
love the game, but whenever i try to head into town on saturday, i get an error. is anyone else having this issue? even if several days go by, i still can't enter the town. only managed to exit the town in the first place because dijon kidnapped me.
edit: the file's name is jakjail apparently? and it won't load
i also have the error. i click ignore three times, then it'll let me go to town and you get to play normally. however, it'll still come up each time you go to town. i think jakjail is an event that's suppose to happen but due errors, it's just not popping up.
The art style is cute as heck. I'm having trouble figuring out to do in some bits and I'm somehow able to talk to Jak in the saloon even while hes jail.

i used the itch app on windows and when that didn't work i used the standard extract here in files. same error both times

Yeah, it does but I can never get salt to go up for sale and I've been sleeping for weeks, checking every day. Dunno if I'm just unlucky or not.

Does anyone know how to progress with the characters after sleeping with them? I am also missing the first achievement for The Bastard. :)
For some characters, sleeping with them in a different order unlocks more story afterwards.

Their routes are very cut and dry but things change based off of the order you sleep around!
